We are highly skilled at both women’s and men’s hairdressing in Herne Bay. If you have never visited us before or have any questions, hopefully they will be answered below. However, you can also contact us.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by coming into the salon, calling the salon or via our website.

What is your cancellation policy?
We completely understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment. Our policy states that 48 hours’ notice is required, due to it being very difficult to fill appointments at short notice. We would appreciate it if you could call the salon to cancel an appointment, as our emails or social media outlets are not always monitored during working hours. A gentle reminder, that your advanced payment that secured your appointment will be lost if you fail to cancel or rearrange your appointment without 48 hours’ notice being provided. If adequate notice is provided and you no longer wish to have your appointment at the salon, then your advanced payment can be returned to you, or we can use your advance payment to secure another day that suits you.

We will do our best not to cancel or rearrange your appointments and to run to time. We would really appreciate you doing the same.

What if I or the salon need to reschedule an appointment?
If you need to reschedule you can call or come into the salon. You can also edit your appointment via our website and app. We will do our best not to cancel or reSchedule your appointment but if we do need to we will contact you via phone to do so.
What Covid Procedures do you have in place at the salon?
We ask all customers that if you are feeling unwell to reschedule your appointment. Ensure you are fully well before coming to the salon. If you are self-isolating due to being in contact with someone else who has tested positive, we kindly ask you to wait until your isolation period has ended, even if you yourself are well and have no symptoms, before coming to the salon. If you have tested positive yourself, then please only come to the salon when your isolation period has ended.

We require our customers to arrive on time for their appointment, this is to limit customers crossing paths in the salon and it helps us to maintain social distancing. If you are early for your appointment please wait outside the salon.

On arrival you will need to scan our QR code or sign in our book and answer our Covid related questions. This is to help with Test and Trace.

We have hand sanitizer available on our reception desk and workstations for customers and stylists to use.

When you arrive at the salon you will need to wear a mask, this includes during your appointment. You can remove your mask to have a drink or if the stylist is cutting around your ears they will ask you to hold your mask and remove the string around that ear.

We ask that you keep all belongings to a minimum and to keep them with you at all times.

Staff will wear their PPE which consists of a mask, goggles and apron at all times and sanitise their hands in between every client.

Tools, work stations, gowns, towels and basins are sterilised and washed between every client and the rest of the salon is regularly cleaned throughout the day.

We are using every other workstation to ensure we are keeping our distance between each client.

To ensure clients do not overlap, we are only having one client with one member of staff at a time. Unfortunately this has limited the number of clients we can fit in each day but this helps us to keep you all safe by limiting unnecessary contact with other people.

When booking my appointment can I choose a specific stylist?
You can request a specific stylist when making a booking and you will be given that stylists availability. If that stylist is not available you can choose another stylist that is available for the service and day/time that you require. If you are unsure on what service you want, then one of our experienced stylists can advise you and also offer you the best stylist for the service you require.
How far in advance do I need to book my appointment?
We get booked up very quickly, especially during the Christmas and New Year period. We would advise booking in at the earliest time possible, to avoid disappointment. You can book up to 8 weeks in advance to secure your appointment. We do get cancellations or rescheduled appointments, so feel free to call the salon and our stylist can let you know of any availability.
